CRF Creative is a dynamic marketing agency founded by Craig Flood. We specialize in video production, content strategy, YouTube and social media management.

This is not your typical video editing job. Our mission is to empower businesses by helping them create long form educational video content to generate leads.

• Edit long-form and short-form video content with a high degree of accuracy and creativity.
  
• Ensure the pacing and flow of videos are engaging, with strong hooks and clear, concise educational content.
  
• Handle multiple video projects each week, managing remote video files efficiently and adhering to deadlines.
  
• Maintain quality control by ensuring the accuracy of all video edits and content.
  
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets our standards.
  
• Utilize YouTube analytics to improve video performance and make data-driven decisions for future content.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and YouTube content creation.
  
• Adhere to working hours approximately 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Idaho time.
  

• Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form content
• Strong understanding of video pacing, hooks, and engaging content, specifically for YouTube.
  
• Excellent command of the English language to ensure videos are clear and concise.
  
• Proficiency in a video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently while managing remote video files and meeting deadlines.
  
• Tech-savvy or a fast learner.
  
• At least two years of experience working for a U.S.-based company during U.S. business hours.
  
• Fluent in English.
  
• Super organized.
  
• Backup power and internet system from your workplace.
  
• Fast internet connection and a fully functioning, modern computer system.
  
• A dedicated, quiet space to work (not shared with family or other workers).
• Previous experience working with a U.S.-based media agency is a plus but not required.
  
• Hours are approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Idaho time.
